Today huge numbers of people around the
world are interested in sports, because it is not only some competitions, but
also it is also a perfect way to be healthy.
And if you want to be a sportsmen, you should not go to the expensive gym or somewhere either, nowadays
we have a lot of sport ground ( even in our town).

There are some types of sports, for
example, mental, physical, extreme and and many others.
As for I prefer extreme sports, because
they are becoming more and more popular .
But others don’t share my enthusiasm, they think, that taking up the extremist
lifestyle is crazy as it involves a high level of danger.
In my opinion, extreme sports give one a wonderful
opportunity to release stress, to escape everyday monotony and to get portion
of adrenalin, it makes me forget about all my problems.
To
sum up, I think that you shouldn’t be professional athlete and even without expensive equipment
you can do sports. The main thing that is liked. And it help you to be strong
and healthy.
